Please contact me to set up a complimentary first coaching session. I will take the opportunity during that session to ask if you would like to make a $20 donation to Challenge Day — a charity bringing peace and reconciliation into schools. I am a strong supporter of this organization and enjoy spreading awareness about them in my own work.

Coaching Packages

If you're simply preparing for a single tough conversation, a single session is often sufficient. To make a difference in relationships/situations where communication has been difficult for an extended period, I recommend a package of 4 or 10 sessions. Please contact me to discuss this.

Communication coaching "in person" normally takes place in 1-, 1.5-, or 2-hour sessions.

Pre-mediation typically takes place in two separate 30- to 60-minute sessions, one with each disputant.

Mediation typically takes place in 3-hour sessions. The first hour may be used for two separate 30-minute pre-mediation sessions, one with each disputant.

Telephone/email coaching is charged on a "per-minute" basis ($2/minute), and can often take place on very short notice.

Meeting Facilitation: $150/hour

Organizational Training: $250/hour plus preparation, mileage, and materials
